Happy Feet - Game in Unity Engine

As a final project for my game prototyping class, I developed a game in Unity using the Unity engine. Despite having no prior experience with Unity before attending this class, I was able to quickly implement a variety of features and assets using C# programming basics that I had learned. I am grateful for the opportunity to have gained valuable experience in game development through this project.

*The 3D animal models are from the Microsoft program Paint3D, and the other prefabs were leveraged from the asset store.

Something IS wrong on the Internet

I incorporated several features in this game that draw on concepts and ideas from the article "Something is Wrong on the Internet." The game starts with a WIFI logo searching for bandwidth signals and responsiveVoice providing instructions to the player. If the player does not understand the instructions, they can open the instruction button or say: "Say it again," which will repeat the instructions in reverse. Once the player says "Internet On," the loading screen appears. If the user is impatient, they can click anywhere on the screen to proceed. I added a click function to the loading image to take the user to the next page. Annyang can only recognize two commands: "Play [insert video name]" and "Internet on/off".
